Refund policy

At Pawfectvibeshub, we ensure every piece is specially printed for you. To maintain our quality standards, we follow a strict return policy:

1. Damaged or Manufacturing Defects If you receive a damaged or misprinted item, we will happily provide a free replacement or a full refund.

• Reporting Window: You must contact us at [Support@pawfectvibeshub.com] within 5 days of the delivery date.

• Proof Required: You must attach a clear photo of the damage/error alongside the original packaging label.

• Note: Any issues reported after 5 days of delivery will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

2. No Returns for "Change of Mind" or "Sizing" Since each product is custom-made after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size (Please check our Size Chart carefully).

• Change of mind or personal preference.

3. Address Errors If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a new order will need to be placed at the customer's expense.
